Coronavirus COVID-19 Communication – Roggi’s Auto Service
To Our Team, Our Clients and All Friends and Family Members of Roggi’s Auto Service:
Our priority is, and always has been, to provide exemplary care to our clients and a first-class working environment for our team. To treat everyone like family is the core value that has carried Roggi’s Auto to the forefront of our industry in Connecticut for the past 70 years.
Some things that have always been true for us is the standard we set for quality vehicle care and concern for our team’s health & wellness:
We have always held a generous PTO/Paid Sick Day policy that allows and encourages team members to stay home if and when they are under the weather. Now, more than ever, we are asking that our employees notify us of first symptom, that they stay home and heed the full two-week quarantine recommended by the Department of Health. Employees may use their sick time and/or their vacation time at their discretion for the quarantine period.
Effective immediately, we have implemented the following procedures as preventative and proactive measures to avoid the risk of virus transmission and infection to team members and clients:
Upon entering to start servicing any vehicle, the team member must use an antibacterial wipe to sanitize steering wheel, shifter, window/door controls, door handles, and console. The same measures will be taken upon completion of work/service on every vehicle before they are returned to the client.
In addition, we will continue to provide sterile gloves for all technicians to wear while working on vehicles.
All updates on repairs-in-progress will continue to be communicated via text, and we are committed to leveraging technology during this time. If your vehicle is in need of repair or service and you are unable to bring it in, please speak with a Roggi’s Auto team member; we will do everything we can to work with you and help make it happen.
